Refund policy

We do not accept returns as our items are custom made, on-demand.  However, if we make an error with your order, we will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days after your order is delivered. Your return must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery. There is a flat rate shipping fee for the return of $6.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
